Education and Reality

"Schools and colleges are sending such species to the society, who doesn't understand the morals of it, this will result in the downfall of our culture." 

Roaring high and silent whispering of the Nation depends on knowledge. In the life of person and Nation, knowledge had always remained on heights in developing the career buildings. The social, cultural & political diversities of nation is always estimated through the literature of their knowledge. It has a great power, of boarding poor systems on the developmental track, paving the way for exploring the hidden treasures, making impossible to possible, removing the darkness of illiteracy, sorting of good and bad, making man to human and human better than angel. Not to be objected that, "It is complimentary for every men and women to achieve it." According to Islam, "A scholar as compared to common is same to the Sun as compared to other stars. Even the pure blood of Martyr is comparable with Scholar's vision and one scholar weighs about hundred religious affectionates to devil." Knowledge is considered as the wealth & power of Prophets while Dirham & Dinar is considered same to illiterates. 

The way for gaining knowledge is "Education" which carries innumerable qualities to express, guide & care and to make the clear way for new generations to acquire the social, moral and cultural ethics. The term "Education" is derived from the Latin word "Educare" or "Educere" which means 'to bring out' (to express, to make it useful) or 'to bring up' (to raise, to upgrade). Simply education brings out or brings up the incredible capabilities of the man which the creator had gifted to him and at a same time, devising the personality and developing the capability to express the new ideas to prove fruitful for humanity. The cavernous meaning of education is to bring out all the knowledge from top to bottom and explanation of the experiments inside the boundary. 

In pursuing knowledge, from east to west, everybody has their own trend. Every Nation tries to deliver education by their historical and social cultures to the next generations, whatsoever the quality be. Education is not related to the particular class of society, but every citizen is related to education by one or other way. So, when education is praised, the people of different department have the different point of view to define it. This variance in praising the education had left the differences in views also. Copying some from the Prominent class as:

• Shah Waliullah, "Education is the sorting of good and bad to suppress the bad."
• Imam Ghazali,"Education is that adolescent competition of humanity which expresses & defines the future generations and the life, which is to be devised according to the law of nature. According to my view, the aim of education for human is the achievement of long lasting existence."
• Alama Iqbal, "Education is the development and perfection of distinctiveness. It is that work which had it's religious like flavour to express and explain capabilities."
• Thomas Edison, "Education to human soul is same as carving the stone for marble."

Human history is proof to that in the field of daily developmental process, education has played a main role. But when whole comes to the reign of west, they changed its vast field and restricted that to economics with the reality of related things only, due to which, scholars were produced but with all together different perspective of word 'scholar'. They are having the less understandings of the cultural and gaping ethics of education and they also lacked the praised quality and the real diamond of it and due to this lackness, instead of evergreen soul, they are breathing their last. Now, many expert Education Specialists and Sociologists of the west are feeling that culture and unity must to be developed and the pious behavior to be preserved in the field of education to save the preciousness of the foundation stone of the Nation and Society, with culture and unity to be renovated to keep the boat floating. Walter Lipman put forward some thoughts regarding the matter and said, "Schools and colleges are sending such species to the society, who doesn't understand the morals of it, this will result in the downfall of our culture." Currently the situation is that, it is... deteriorating. Same thing P. Filler in his report said that, "Students choose to live the meaningful life and if their time, their society, their mentors fail to devise the aims, providing the meaning and images. Then they choose the heinous one."

"We want to create a class of people, Indian in blood & colour, but English in taste, in moral, and in intellect."

If the artifice was the taste and culture of West but East also had inherited a lot. In every lane, on every turn, this thing has acquired the important place. Even Lord Macauly had said that the reason of landing on Indian subcontinent as, "We want to create a class of people, Indian in blood & colour, but English in taste, in moral, and in intellect." He also said that, "A Single Shelf of a good European library was worth than whole native literature of India & Arabia." Unfortunately even today, the education in this subcontinent is same. Also, Britishers had already left that land but their minds and systems are still the slaves of that European society. If that system is bowing such a seeds, which really had a devastating effect on their culture, especially The Islamic one, the humanity, there, is finding humans in monkeys. Alongside this, their education system is not endorsed to act as mentor, where the middle aged student of twenty years age studies more than fifty thousand papers and spending at least fourty thousand hours in his academic career is still not familiar with the real diamond of education and is not able to answer the internally aroused questions.
